Meet Parvathi - Group Therapist

Hi! I’m Parvathi Ganesan, a queer-affirmative trauma therapist based in Hyderabad. I love sitting with (and across from) folks, helping them navigate their rich, magical, and beautifully messy inner worlds. As a relational somatic therapist, my work involves understanding you and your nervous system…how it shapes the way you feel, relate, and move through the world. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe people deserve to be understood. My grounding in attachment theory, trauma work, and body-based approaches helps me hold space for that kind of deep understanding. My curiosities are many: linguistics, nutrition, the nervous system, and how our minds and bodies carry the stories we’ve lived. I try to bring that same curiosity into every space I enter. In whatever capacity we connect, I hope we get to learn from each other and maybe, create a little bit of magic along the way.
