GENERAL REFUND POLICY

At Creative Care Psychotherapy OPC Private Limited, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all services, session packages, and appointments. Once payment has been made for any service, it is considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

LIMITED REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will ONLY be provided in the following specific circumstances:

THERAPIST NO-SHOW WITHOUT NOTICE

A full refund will be issued if a therapist fails to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' advance notice to the client
The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the incident
Clients must report the therapist no-show within 48 hours of the scheduled session time to be eligible for this refund

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:

CLIENT-RELATED CANCELLATIONS OR ABSENCES

Client missing scheduled sessions or appointments
Client cancelling sessions (regardless of notice period provided)
Client deciding to discontinue services mid-package
Client dissatisfaction with services rendered
Changes in client's personal circumstances or availability

SERVICE-RELATED ISSUES

Completed sessions, regardless of client satisfaction
Partial completion of session packages
Technical difficulties during online sessions (unless caused by Creative Care's platform failure)
Personality mismatch between client and therapist

PACKAGE AND PAYMENT TERMS

All session packages must be utilised within 2.5 months of purchase
Unused sessions in packages do not qualify for partial refunds
Package discounts are offered with the understanding that services are non-refundable

REFUND PROCESS

When a refund is applicable under our limited refund policy:

Reporting: Client must contact Creative Care within 48 hours of the incident
Verification: Creative Care will verify the circumstances with the therapist
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used

POLICY UPDATES

Creative Care reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through email or website notifications. The policy in effect at the time of payment will apply to that transaction.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking and paying for services with Creative Care, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy in its entirety.

PACKAGE

Any purchased Care pack is activated from the date of purchase and expires according to its duration. If the customer fails to utilise the services during the specified period, the Care Plan cannot be transferred to any other period. Additionally, no refunds will be provided in this scenario. The customer agrees and understands that purchasing a Care Pack does not guarantee a preference for the allotment of their chat session(s) or the Expert of their choice. All Experts have a pre-defined schedule, which might be subject to change. The customer agrees that all requests for chat sessions are serviced on a first-come come first-served basis.

APPOINTMENTS (AUDIO/VIDEO/FACE TO FACE)

For any services purchased, the Creative Care (OPC) Private Limited team shall make 2 attempts to reach the customer for confirmation of the services. In case, the customer fails to respond within 7 days of the last communication, the service will be treated as consumed and no refunds shall be provided by Creative Care Psychotherapy (OPC) Private Limited.

In case of technical difficulties during or at the time of the session, Creative Care Psychotherapy (OPC) Private Limited will check with their service providers. If the case is adjudged to be genuine, the appointment shall be rescheduled.

For Audio and Video Sessions, in case the customer fails to turn up at the time of the appointment, Creative Care Psychotherapy OPC Private Limited will reschedule the session only once. If the customer still does not turn up the second time, the appointment will be treated as consumed and no refunds shall be provided by Creative Care Psychotherapy OPC Private Limited.

For Face to Face appointments, any no shows are treated as availed services and no refund or rescheduling shall be provided.

For any reschedules, the customer needs to inform Creative Care Psychotherapy OPC Private Limited at least 24 hours in advance.

APPOINTMENT PACKAGES

All packages need to be availed within 2.5 months from the date of purchase. Additionally, all individual items in the packages shall also be bound by the terms on appointments.

User(s) can make payments through any of the following available options: Internet Banking, Debit/ Credit Cards, UPI or Paytm.

The User agrees and accepts that all nuances and modalities relating to making payment using Internet Banking/ Debit/Credit Cards/ UPI/ Paytm ("Virtual Payment Mode") shall be separately governed by arrangement(s) / terms and conditions between the User and the relevant banks. We shall not be responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any liability that may arise in relation to the Virtual Payment Modes (including any fraudulent transaction).

While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to (a) lack of authorization for any transactions; (b) any payment issues arising out of the transaction or (c) decline of such transaction for any reason.

You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided is neither a banking nor a financial service.

Creative Care Psychotherapy OPC Private Limited reserves the right to change the charges for Services at any time, without prior notice to the User. Any such change shall be binding and effective on the User.
