Meet Ramya - Therapist

With over 8 years of experience as a therapist, I'm deeply grounded in the belief that the body and mind are beautifully connected. This conviction has shaped my work, drawing me to practices that honor the whole person. My approach seamlessly integrates and draws from Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Practices. This allows us to weave together body-based work with the richness of your personal stories and inner parts. At the heart of our work together are values of being rather than doing, relational depth, process orientation, and intentionality. I believe that healing unfolds not as a fixed goal to achieve, but as an ongoing, living process. I hold space for clients with care, curiosity, and a commitment to working at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we gently explore the layers of your experience, allowing both your body and your narrative self to find coherence, resilience, and meaning.
