Heer approaches therapy with a deeply human-first perspective. She believes that beyond diagnoses, symptoms, and labels exists a person with a unique story, inner world, and way of making sense of life. Her work is grounded in curiosity, presence, and collaboration. Rather than viewing clients through a predetermined framework, she seeks to understand the many parts, contradictions, strengths, vulnerabilities, and possibilities that coexist within each individual. She believes that healing often begins when people feel genuinely seen and understood. She aims to create a reflective space where clients can reconnect with themselves, deepen self-understanding, and navigate life's complexities with greater clarity, authenticity, and self-compassion.
